BoatyardX is seeking to strengthen its leadership team with a Head of Customer & Delivery, reporting to the Managing Director (CEO) to lead customer account management and delivery capabilities across the company.

The Head of Customer & Delivery will lead and grow our customer accounts, leading and growing a great team of professionals to stay close to our customers’ needs and ensure that we are clear in saying what we’ll do and we’re doing what we say.

What will I be doing?
  • Lead, grow and develop the customer engagement and delivery teams across all of BoatyardX
  • Commercial owner of ongoing client relationships seeking to grow and enhance the relationships over time.
  • Own the delivery approach and methodologies for all project and engagement types.
  • Work in close collaboration with our delivery centre general managers in Colombia and Romania to ensure client expectations are understood and aligned with our product, design and engineering teams.
  • Establish and develop deep relationships with Customers and Growth partners (referral network and go to market partners)
  • Prospect for customers and growth partners through direct outreach, warm introductions, and targeted networking.
  • Be a leader for our people in decision making and behaviours reinforcing BoatyardX culture and priorities.
What skills and experiences do I need?
  • The ideal candidate will have technology delivery and client management experience on projects from smaller high impact strategic engagements to multi-year complex delivery.
  • This person will also be a strategic leader in the company, working with the leadership team to develop, evolve and expand BoatyardX proposition into new areas to support growth.
