Client Delivery Lead – Dublin

What will I be doing?

This is an amazing opportunity for a Client Delivery Lead or Client Facing Project Manager to join a new company where you will oversee multiple client projects and be part of new technology build and launch projects.

Reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager, ideal candidates will be motivated to understand emerging Tech and be very comfortable working with cross functional partners and have a strong analytical mindset. They will also have a passion for business success, strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Support customer workshops, scoping and proposal development in collaboration with delivery leads and technology architects.
  • Own the delivery of multiple client projects and create, manage and build project plans.
  • Effectively prioritise client delivery plans according to changing circumstances and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail.
  • Manage ongoing customer relationships, in alignment with delivery teams.
  • Apply skills and judgment to client processes, business objectives and circumstances.
  • Monitor delivery in line with client expectations, collaborate with teams to address risks and issues.
  • Support customer operations including Proposals, Contracting, Statement of Work, billing, invoicing etc.
  • Foster and maintain good working relationships with partners and distributors.
  • Work closely with teams of Technical Architects, Developers and Engineers to ensure deadlines are met and pertinent information is shared with clients.
What skills and experiences do I need?

3+ years of client relationship, or project management/ delivery experience, ideally in software/technology space

  • Good communication skills are key, particularly when dealing with non-technical clients.
  • Excellent client facing / interpersonal skills.

  • Strong business acumen.
